Interested in sponsoring a student? Here are two different opportunities for working with our students in your organization.

Co-op Opportunities

Computer Programmer and Computer Programmer Analyst programs prepare students for entry level work in the Information Technology field. Typical jobs might include Programmer, Junior Programmer, Junior Programmer/Analyst, Technical Writer, Help-Desk Support, Technical Sales, Database Developer, and Database Programmer.

Community Research Projects

In the final semester of our Computer Programmer Analyst Program, students work in teams, under the mentorship of faculty, on a capstone IT project. The project, which lasts from September to December each year, can be developed at the college or on-site at the discretion of the project sponsor. In this term, students can develop a new system or enhance an existing application. One of the key selling features of this project is that it completed at no cost to the sponsor except for his/her time.
